Full refund, no questions, no time limit. If we have not begun building, write to us and the money goes back.
If what you received does not match what the service page said it contains, tell us what is missing and we will rebuild it or refund you in full — your choice. That is a promise about SCOPE, and scope is something we can both check against the page you bought from.
We cannot refund on the basis that the deliverable did not produce a business outcome. We never promised one: a landing page cannot guarantee conversions and a pricing engine cannot guarantee margin. Any vendor who offers that guarantee is selling you a number they cannot control.
Cancel any time from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund part-periods, and we do not make you email anybody to cancel.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because a deliverable is digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once we begin building at your request — which is why checkout asks you to confirm it, with a box you tick yourself. Before we begin, the 14-day right is untouched and the paragraph at the top of this page applies anyway.
If you are buying as a business, the statutory withdrawal right does not apply, but the scope promise above still does.
