We build and hand over a finished digital deliverable — code, configuration, documentation or creative assets — for a fixed price stated before you buy. Each service page lists exactly what the package contains. What is listed there is what you get; nothing on this site is a retainer or an open-ended engagement unless the service page says so.
Work begins after payment clears. Your dashboard asks for the details the deliverable has to be built from. If we have not received them within 6 hours of payment, we build from what your business publishes and say plainly in the deliverable where your own information belongs.
Every deliverable is checked by automated gates before it reaches you: code must compile, claims must carry their evidence, and a package that names a file must contain it. A deliverable that fails those checks is held and rebuilt rather than sent.
On payment, you own the deliverable outright — the code, the copy, the configuration and the documentation — to use, modify, resell or discard. We keep no licence over it and we do not resell your specific deliverable to anyone else. We do reuse our own tooling, templates and methods across customers, which is what makes the price possible.
Our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to what you paid for that service. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
A subscription can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard and runs to the end of the period already paid for. A one-time purchase ends when its stated coverage window ends. We may decline or refund an order — before or after payment — if we cannot deliver it honestly, and we will say why.
